Our Events
The Centre Heads Call is organised monthly for members to share learning on current challenges and opportunities.
Each session begins with a live poll to check what’s on people’s minds, a first look at the results of the ASPIRE Tracker, our monthly benchmarking survey of our members, and open discussion on one or more hot topics.
The call is hosted on Teams and free to all members to attend.

Meet the Centre Manager is a quarterly event hosted in turn by an ASPIRE member company.
The event provides the hosting company with the opportunity to showcase what they do to the broader membership, as well as to highlight particular areas of interest and raise specific topics for discussion.
The event is open to all members to attend and is free of charge.

Named after the famous ‘Thursday Lunches’ organised by Polish King, Stanisław August Poniatowski in the 18th century.
Thursday Lunch is our way of thanking all those who go the extra mile to help build our communities. Bringing together people from across the ASPIRE and wider Kraków community, the Thursday Lunch serves to promote the cross-fertilisation of ideas and strengthening of relationships across sectors in Kraków.
Thursday Lunch, hosted by our partner hotels and restaurants, uniquely includes the opportunity to participate in preparing the food we eat under the guidance of the chef.

The Leaders’ Summit is a once-per-year opportunity for our leaders community to meet together to chew over current and future trends.
Focussed on experience sharing, learning, collaboration, relationship and community building the Leaders’ Summit is exclusive to centre heads and site leads of ASPIRE members and heads of associate member companies.
The event is invitation only with attendance capped at c. 120 participants.

ASPIRE 4 ALL brings together our members and our partners in the community for a series of high impact events aimed at celebrating the role of our industry in the life of the city and exploring what the future holds for us.
Staged over several days in different venues, the festival culminates in an employee reward event for up to 2,000 people, based on the TED Talks format of inspiring talks by famous speakers, but also including the finale of the ASPIRE Dragons Awards, our film competition between centres.
The impact of ASPIRE 4 ALL is felt far beyond Kraków with one of our talks amassing over 220,000 views on YouTube.

An event we are legally obliged to hold for our members annually for them to approve the business of the association
The ASPIRE Gala is our annual end of year social event for all of our members, their spouses and partners, to come together to celebrate our association.
