ASPIRE was established in 2008 as the first organisation in Central Europe to bring together companies operating in the business services sector.
Focused on Kraków, we have been a driving force in the reawakening of a proud historic city into a melting pot of cutting-edge technologies, bold investments and young talent.
We are first and foremost a community of professionals empowered by sharing insight, experience and ideas – a reimagining of how people associate across companies, cultures and cities.
OUR IMPACT
Since 2008, our members have been coming together in ASPIRE to strengthen the business model for our industry. Today upwards of 120,000 people in the city design and deliver the region’s most complex service offering, supported by a robust and diverse ecosystem.
OUR METHOD
We live and breathe community. It is the magical ingredient which equips us to adapt, evolve, learn the art of the possible and embrace change. We believe this is our secret weapon to navigate and negotiate turbulent times.
Our events are at the heart of how we operate as an association.
From monthly catch-up calls to an award-winning annual event for employees, our focus is on peer-to-peer conversation, shared learning and the strengthening of relationships.
Our events also provide our members with opportunities for company branding and professional development and we also support members and partners to promote their events.
Our research reveals what makes tech and global services tick at the local level.
We gather data directly from our members based on what matters to them, playing it back in aggregated form at the earliest opportunity.
In this way, we track the issues which impact us, benchmark our response to events and identify the trends to share corrective actions and capture opportunities.
Groups are how we organise ourselves across member companies, helping to build those all important connections and also ensuring the relevance of the topics we discuss, the data we collect, and the initiatives we launch.
Some groups, such as our Centre Heads and HR Groups are permanent, others spring up according to need.
Groups are supported by Teams drawn from across our membership, providing additional opportunities for our most engaged members.
Our priority is skills. The jobs we have created as an industry have helped to transform a city and as a matter of principle and our own sustainability we seek to ensure that all can share in the transformation.
Among our proudest achievements is the ASPIRE Education Hub, a programme offering safe, welcoming and learning spaces to teenage refugees.
At the institutional level, our engagement ranges from monthly clinics on regulatory issues with the municipality to a bi-annual Stakeholder Summit focussed on our common strategy goals.

"Let me say this as plainly as I can: Your industry has had a huge, positive impact on our city, on the economy of the region, on what we actually mean when we say Kraków’s Human Capital, or Kraków’s Job Market. And I wish to thank you from the bottom of my heart."
